My educational beliefs are rooted in a fundamental belief in the value of each person, and are developed through the lens of the Ethical Standards for the Teaching Profession of care, respect, trust, and integrity. I believe in the potential of every student to learn, the desire of every student to learn, and the importance of teaching that responds to the individual needs of each student.
